A 4-week session - This is a High Intensity, rapid-paced 45 minute Boot Camp style class using body weight and/or light weights intended to jump start your summer body. Participants move through circuits (evolutions) of exercise giant-sets with little rest between. Please be advised: while exercise volume and execution can be modified for the individual, this is a very demanding workout. This is not a martial arts class.
